Our perspective was built inside that world. Before listing bank-owned property, Ray Nadeau operated a Massachusetts default field-services company (2008–2014): seven crews performing mortgage-late and HUD-compliant insurance-loss inspections, multiple preservation crews handling securing, board-ups, lock changes, and lawn maintenance to HUD guidelines, and repairs managed under an unrestricted Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License.

Today that experience operates on the listing side in Central Florida — where it informs valuation accuracy, preservation oversight, and the documentation standard on every assignment.
