Certainly Sold exists because most homeowners only ever talk to one side of a sale — an agent who can list the house, or a lender who can finance the next one, rarely both in the same conversation. Ray and Kelly built this brokerage specifically to close that gap: two licensed Florida Brokers who are also licensed Mortgage Loan Originators, working every listing with the full picture in view.
