Kelly is the majority owner of the brokerage behind CertainlySold, with WBENC women-owned business certification currently in process. She co-owns and operates the brokerage with Ray Nadeau, an independent Florida brokerage built specifically around the fact that both of them are licensed in real estate and lending — a combination that lets them evaluate a deal from both sides of the closing table.
Kelly is also a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS #1027618) through Equity Smart Home Loans, and leads client communications and day-to-day operations across the CertainlySold ecosystem.
